Mr.Umer Raza Bhutta
Human Resource, Youth and Career Planning Section
Umer Raza is engaged with the Human Resource Profession for Fifteen years. He is Chartered Member of coveted Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK and has a Master’s degree in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University. He also has a diploma in Freelance and Feature writing from London School of Journalism. Besides providing consultancy services to various international and national NGOs, he handles a number of public, private and development sector projects as project manager.
These projects range from Capacity Building, organizational development studies, recruitment & selection, policy level interventions and change management process. Based on his practical HR experience of interviewing people, screening their resumes, and devising process for selection he co-authored a book titled “CHOOSE OR BE CHOSEN” which is for the young graduates and the mid-career professionals to prepare them in order to search and get a good career move.
Having a passion to develop Human Resources and create change in our day to day work routine he uses his energies in creating and developing new initiatives for his staff and delivers training programs on different topics. His training programs are supplemented by his practical exposure to the issues faced by Human Resources within the company and his insight into how to present practical solutions to such problems. These training programs are not only limited to learning and education but motivate and inspire to CHANGE.
Dr. Moin Uddin
Monitoring and Evaluation Section
Dr. Moin Uddin is a Strategic Alignment Expert, Program Management Practitioner, Mentor, Coach and Consultant. He has a diverse cross functional experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, research, organizational development and training.
Dr. Moin has a PhD in Strategy, Programme and Project Management, Skema Business School, France, MBA with distinction from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi and Bachelors from Punjab University in Economics and Statistics. He also has one year Post Graduate Diploma in WTO and IPR from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Moin is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, and a LEAD fellow on Green Economy. Dr. Moin has designed and delivered a diverse range of training programs from Club Class Corporate Trainings to Activist Level Trainings in Development Sector. His areas of interest include strategy, system dynamics, systems thinking, project planning and management, research, monitoring and evaluation. In addition to his professional occupations, Dr. Moin is engaged in the governance of nonprofit organizations as chairman and director for Aga Development Network institutions, affiliates and professional forums.
Training, Governance and Development Section
Waqar Ahmed is a Development Professional with strong experience in Elections, Governance & Democracy, Capacity Building, Gender, Poverty Reduction, Environment enhancement, Livelihood, Community Development, Human and Social Development. Mr. Waqar has fourteen (14) years of experience and committed with the cause of good governance, democracy, gender equity & equality, community empowerment, capacity building and social development. Mr. Waqar has good understanding about development concepts, and has vast experience of development of rural and urban communities he has experience to visit and work throughout Pakistan.
Mr. Waqar Ahmed also has experience of working with International NGOs, e.g. UNDP, UNOPS, IFES, USAID, TAF, DFID and Plan International. He also have working experience with the Government Departments e.g. Election Commission of Pakistan, City District Governments, Tehsil Municipal Administrations, WASA, RDA, CDA, MDA, Education & Health Departments, Ministry of Environment, Federal Flood Commission and many others.
Designing of training, awareness/advocacy material, awareness campaigns, advocacy campaigns, module development, proposal writing for projects, report writing, design and conduct of trainings and monitoring & evaluation of projects are key areas of expertise. Preparation of budgets, planning and designing of projects (hardware and software), implementation/execution of projects/programs and financial and administrative management are also key strengths of Mr.Waqar’s professional experience. Mr. Waqar is also a certified/accredited trainer/facilitator of BRIDGE training program (an international training program on elections for EMBs).
Munazza Batool Zaidi
Organizational Behaviour & Project Management Section
Munazza Zaidi , a development consultant having experience of working on high profile posts in the field of Communications and Public Diplomacy and Project/ Programme Management has been focused on devising ways to improve the organizational behavior and behavior within an organization either of an individual or as a group. The research and training modules she developed ranged from personal communication to conflict management. The consultant providing trainings on corporate level turns into a passionate mentor while working on Youth Development and Women Empowerment Programmes at the national educational institutions. Munazza has experience of working with international and national organizations and diplomatic missions on higher positions yet being aware of ground facts meeting masses and travelling countrywide to decipher the real issues and real people. She has certifications in Project Management from UK; and Communications & Event Designing from Germany.
Mr.Malik Ghufran Ahmad
Research and Surveys Section
Being former Assistant Dean Humanities and Chairman of the department of Business Management & Economics Karakoram International University (KIU), Malik Ghufran remained actively involved in to teaching and research for the last 15 years. He has on his credit many research papers published in international research journals of high repute. He has also written and published two books in Germany and re-printed in USA and UK.
He has also delivered more than 100 trainings in Pakistan and his main focus remained on northern areas for the Local support organizations and Women Support organization financed by AKRSP and KIU Gilgit Baltistan. He has completed many projects of ILO and Asia Foundation in that region too. He has been regularly conducting much training in Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kazakhstan on different subjects related to Islamic banking and finance and of the areas of marketing and management.
Commander Aftab (Retd)

Commander Aftab (Retd) has served in Pakistan Navy for 27 years and held various Command & Staff appointments. He has been General Manager (Security) of a constitute organization of NESCOM for five years. He qualified Security Instructor course from USA. He has developed and conducted security courses in Pakistan. He is security consultant and consulting with more than 10 years experience. He is dedicated, assertive and dynamic manager with highly developed inter personnel skills forged from working in multi – cultural environments with strong professional security background. He has worked on a wide variety of high profile projects in Pakistan. Aftab has a thorough knowledge of Global security systems market and has expertise in security system design, specification, with a vast network of security system/business related contacts.
