With an MPhil in Strategic Studies and a specialization in Pakistan’s digital diplomacy, Aroosa has worked with key national and international organizations.Her expertise spans advocacy, crisis communication, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of managing large scale projects across IT sector, Pakistan’s justice sector, police, and defense institutions.Internationally certified in SDG’s, Strategic Communications, Community with Shared Future, Gender Responsive Budgeting, and Digital literacy, Aroosa has authored research articles and special reports published in esteemed platforms and think tanks and international media.
