Refund and Returns Policy

Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure a clear and straightforward process for customers at the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies ecommerce store.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for products that have been returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

2. Method of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where only part of an order is returned, a partial refund will be issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@ipd.org.pk with supporting photos and details.
  • We may request that you return the item for a full refund or exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items such as digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.
