Centre for Belt and Road and China Studies

The Centre for Belt and Road and China Studies is an initiative of the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies, established to provide groundbreaking research, advocacy, training, dialogue, and consultancy services in support of Pakistan’s effective and constructive participation in the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

With a focus on increasing Pakistan’s relationship with China to the next level through effective people-to-people contacts and strengthening ties beyond the horizon, the centre offers a range of services including research, education, lobbying for Pakistan, positive image building, media services, public diplomacy, and people-to-people contacts.

Through various webinars, seminars, research publications, and events, the Centre aims to contribute meaningfully to Pakistan-China relations, ensuring valuable benefits to the communities in the country and the region.
