The participation fee for IYDS is non-negotiable once confirmed. The fee covers coordination costs, logistics, administrative expenses, program materials, and session arrangements with diplomatic missions and international organizations.
Your seat is confirmed only after full payment of the program fee. Once confirmed, the seat is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be transferred without prior approval from IPDS.
No refunds will be issued once the program schedule is finalized and shared with participants. This includes withdrawal due to personal, professional, academic, medical, or travel-related reasons. In exceptional cases (such as serious medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered solely at the discretion of IPDS management with supporting documentation. Any approved refund will be subject to an administrative deduction.
Failure to attend the program, arriving late, or missing sessions does not qualify for a refund. Partial attendance does not entitle participants to partial refunds. Please ensure you can commit to the full program schedule before registering.
Substitution of a participant is not permitted once the final participant list has been shared with embassies and partner organizations. Any substitution request prior to that stage requires written approval from IPDS.
In the unlikely event that IPDS cancels the program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed promptly. IPDS may offer either a full refund or an option to transfer the fee to a future IYDS cohort.
