Online Research Internship
Location: Remote / OnlineType: Internship
The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS), Islamabad, is inviting applications for its Online Research Internship.
IPDS is an independent research and advocacy think tank working on diplomacy, international relations, peace, leadership, public policy, and global engagement. This is a remote, online opportunity for young, digitally engaged individuals to contribute directly to IPDS's research and outreach work while building real experience in the diplomacy and international relations space.
Key Responsibilities
Research and track current developments in diplomacy, international relations, and global affairs relevant to IPDS's work
Support IPDS's social media presence and digital outreach, helping translate research into engaging online content
Draft short research notes, summaries, and content pieces for IPDS's Insights and social platforms
Assist with monitoring policy developments, events, and publications across IPDS's focus areas
Collaborate remotely with the research and communications teams on ongoing projects
Who Should Apply
Young, enthusiastic individuals who are active and comfortable on social media
Strong understanding of diplomacy and international relations
Good research and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Students or recent graduates in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Media, or a related field are encouraged to apply
