IPDS, World Peoples Assembly Sign MoU on Institutional Cooperation

The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS) and the World Peoples Assembly formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the sidelines of the Second World Public Assembly 2026 in Moscow, marking a new chapter in institutional cooperation between the two organisations. The MoU was signed by Dr Farhat Asif, President IPDS, and Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the World Peoples Assembly, and establishes a framework for cooperation in peace-building, public diplomacy, and dialogue among civilisations, alongside academic and research exchange, joint conferences and seminars, delegation exchanges, and the sharing of publications.
