Essay Competition: Turkmenistan, Home of Neutrality

The Embassy of Turkmenistan and the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies held an essay competition on Turkmenistan’s policy of permanent neutrality, with categories for the diplomatic corps and civil society. Prizes were presented at the Embassy.
