The Centre for Women, Peace, and Leadership aims to advance the role of women in peacebuilding, diplomacy, and leadership.
Our mission is to create an enabling environment where women can lead, influence, and contribute to sustainable peace and development globally. The centre engages in academic and advocacy activity while collaborating with policymakers, civil society, and international organizations to drive meaningful change.
The Centre operates as a platform for research, training, and engagement to promote gender-responsive policies and empower women leaders globally.
Our key objectives include:
Strengthening women’s participation in peace negotiations and conflict resolution.
Advocating for policies that enhance gender equity in leadership and governance.
Providing mentorship and training programs for emerging women leaders.
Conducting research and dialogues on the intersection of gender, peace, and security.
