The SCO Observatory has been substantially expanded: a live-updating Snapshot dashboard, a Security cooperation record with sourced RATS statistics, full declaration-text sourcing for all 26 summits (SCO Secretariat and national Ministries of Foreign Affairs, not third-party archives), a Trade and business opportunities tab for chambers of commerce and investors, a Connectivity projects register covering nine major regional corridors, a member-comparison tool, a cross-tab briefing generator, and a position tracker showing where member states actually disagree.
