Although centuries have passed, interest in the heritage of Nizami Ganjavi (1141–1209) is constantly growing across Azerbaijan and beyond. The decision “On measures to further improve the study, publication, and promotion of the heritage of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi” continues to shape scholarship on this heritage today.
